To add new members, select MEMBER MANAGEMENT > MEMBER LIST from the drop-down menu. Once on the page, click the NEW MEMBER button and enter all the required information. The member will then be added to the club’s member list.
It is not mandatory to attach an ID document for a member’s registration or to access ticketing services. However, uploading the document remains mandatory for members who intend to purchase the Juventus Card.
For active members, it is only possible to update their phone number, email address, residence, xx Card number, and Membership.
No, there is no minimum age.
Yes, you can register all Members.
For Italy: 60 members
For other European countries: 30 members
For non‑European countries: 20 members
In the case of payment by bank transfer, members will be activated only after verification of the successful receipt of the payment.
For payments made by credit card or PayPal, the member activation is immediate.

You can open a Juventus Official Fan Club until November 30, 2025.
Yes, you can purchase the Juventus Card through your Official Fan Club. It will not be mandatory to access ticket requests.
It is not mandatory to have an active Juventus Card to access ticketing services; however, it is required for:
Purchasing tickets and accessing the stadium for matches where sales restrictions are in place;
Purchasing a season ticket;
Receiving a name change from a season ticket holder;
Accessing dedicated discounts;
Using JOFC member‑exclusive services on juventus.com (MyJuve Profile).
From the menu, select JUVENTUS CARD. On the screen that appears, you can select the members for whom you wish to purchase a Juventus Card.
For the selected members, click FILL IN FORM > JC REQUEST. Once the request has been approved, you can proceed with the purchase of the JCard.
Following the loss or theft of a Juventus Card, the member may request a new JC through the JOFC:
In case of loss, the member must complete and submit to the JOFC a self-declaration (downloadable from the Forms and Attachments page available in the CLUB PROFILE section);
In case of theft, the member must provide the JOFC with a copy of the police report.
In both cases, the JOFC must archive the documentation without providing a copy to Juventus and, following the same procedure, may purchase a new JC through the JOFC portal.
If an error message appears when entering the Juventus Card in the members’ personal details, please check the following:
that the personal data matches the data shown on the Juventus Card;
that the Juventus Card is active.
If the error persists, you can write to jofc@juventus.com, specifying the nature of the issue.
To view the open events, you can go to the UPCOMING EVENTS section on the home page and check the opening and closing dates of the events.
To nominate members for events, go to the EVENTS section > select the desired event > SUBMIT REQUEST > select the members who wish to take part in the event > SUBMIT APPLICATIONS.
You will receive confirmation of acceptance or rejection of the applications by email in the days preceding the selected match.
You can download the event photos directly from the event application section by clicking on GALLERY.
Please note that the gallery will be available for 15 days only after the event date.
